My name is Aleksandr Konstantinov. I am a Senior / Lead Software Engineer with a backend-heavy background and 10+ years of experience.

I am looking for a Senior Backend / Full Stack / Platform Engineer role — remote, hybrid in Israel, or international remote. I am also open to early-stage / founding engineer opportunities where the role requires owning a large part of the product end-to-end: architecture, backend, infrastructure, integrations, performance, and delivery.

AI usage: mostly codex, know how to build rags, was doing it even before it has become mainstream. Also know how LLM model works under the hood.

Main stack: Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, microservices, REST / GraphQL / gRPC, Docker, and cloud integrations. I have experience with enterprise SaaS, analytics/data platforms, blockchain integrations, AI/RAG-style search, and performance optimization.

I genuinely love software development and work best in roles where I can deeply understand complex systems, improve architecture, optimize performance, and bring difficult technical work to production.
