- Owned the QA process end to end: test-case repository, reporting, two migrations, 100+ requirements.
- Built the Python API and Playwright UI frameworks from scratch
- Drove adoption of self-serve test data: prep down ~75%, used by dev team too.
- Cut per-test regression from 10-15 min to 1-2
- Introduced AI-augmented debugging: MCP server feeding bug telemetry to a coding agent, 30-60 to 5-10 min.
- Built and own the CI: both suites run on real environments, triggered by upstream changes.
- Mentored QA engineers, led code review
